This city has a population of 1.5 million. Located in western Mexico, it is famous for its tequila and mariachi music.

As with other Mexican cities, the town’s focus is its main square La Plaza Mayor. Next to it is the outstanding Metropolitan Cathedral. This is the heart of downtown. Furthermore to get around the city is real easy. The city had a grid pattern, similar to that of say Barcelona.
